What made you choose usaa over similar businesses?

Answer:

My daughter is an attorney for a company that handles the sea military forces and she told us to change because my husband is a veteran. I am so grateful we did because they have never let us down once. I saw the bad reviews and I just can't imagine them getting a bad review because they have ALWAYS been excellent with us.
