There is a size table for each model. 1 with American sizes, 1 with European sizes.
The measurements and the proportions are correct.
For example, I have a European 40/42 but I like to wear oversized and in natural tissues, never disappointed. Only their models in silk, I don't find my size in that. Even the largest size is just too small for me. I think that's a shame, Chinese ladies have smaller breasts.
