Hello, for a person who is 5'3, what size do you think will fit?

Hi, Trisha, Thank you for considering a Uniform Advantage purchase. We know it can be quite a challenge to find the right fit for clothes when shopping online. Sizing can vary so widely from one item to the next, depending on brand, fabric, and style. For this reason, we provide a size chart specific to each individual item on our website uniformadvantage.com. Just go the page that shows the garment you are interested in and click on the link "Size Chart & Fit Guide" right below where the available sizes are shown. These charts indicate the actual body measurements (not garment measurements) that correspond to each size, so if you know your own measurements, you can choose the best size to order. Keep in mind, though, that, individual preferences as to how close to the body the clothes should fit also influence which size is the right one in each particular case. We always recommend that you try your purchased items on before washing them, just in case they would need to be exchanged for another size. Often our pants (and occasionally skirts, dresses, or other garments) will be available in Petite or Tall in addition to regular length. As a rule of thumb, we generally recommend the petite length for people 5'4" and below. Again, though, personal preference about how long we want our clothes to be is also important. The size chart will tell you the inseam length of the pants so you can have a more accurate idea of what length is best for you. The Cherokee brand has a lot of loyal followers, and we are delighted to be able to provide our Cherokee enthusiasts with their uniforms. The colors you've mentioned are mostly spring/summer seasonal hues. We, too, are eager to see these light, cheery colors arrive! They will start to show as available early in 2022. It's hard to get exact dates of when items of a particular color or style will become available, especially with the current supply chain difficulties. I'm sorry that your order has not worked out 100% and you need to return an item, but I'm happy to report that we strive to keep returns and exchanges simple and hassle free. We are happy to accept your return with the garments in their original condition within 30 days of delivery (15 days in the case of seasonal colors and prints). The return shipping label included with your order is a UPS label. You may return up to 5 items with this one label, which is trackable and insured. It is prepaid, so UPS will not charge you shipping, but when we receive your return, we will deduct $8.99 from your return value to cover the cost of return shipping. You can schedule a pick-up on the UPS website ups.com or by calling them at 1-800-742-5877. If you are sending back more than 5 items or do not wish to use the UPS label enclosed with your package, you are welcome to return your items via the carrier of your choice. Uniform Advantage is happy to process returns that reach us by any carrier. We do recommend that you use a service that is insured and trackable. Also in your package, on the back of the invoice, is a return form which we request that complete, noting what items you are sending back. If you are requesting an exchange, please indicate what item(s) you would like in exchange. Include this sheet in the package with the items you are sending back.
