Hi Lorraine. It was 'Gary' that emailed me. They sent me an order before no problem and they have sent to my sister. But this order I haven't received. Been waiting a month. No replies to my last 14 emails. That's just my honest answer. I don't know what to think because if they responded and said my delivery was going to take another 2 months I would be ok with that because at least I will know that's the situation. But when they just ignore my emails it makes me nervous and not confident to order from then again. They may well be legit but their customer service is so bad I would rather pay through the nose to another site I have used (twice the price but ALWAYS respond and update on my order). If they send my order and explain why they haven't replied I will post and say. I hope that helps xxx

Hi, my order was nearly £140. Luckily this is the first time its happened to me and unfortunately first time i used this site. I have gone online to action fraud to make the scam public to the authorities. Online or 0300 123 2040 you can report this. Have all details to hand. I got one reply by email saying the goods had been delayed and then no answers or phone unanswered. I kick myself because i usually use this site which i can recommend http://sleepingpillsuk.com/ for sleep tabs or diazepam. For pain relief the white pharmacy sell genuine goods including good pain killers. Delivery is 2 days mostly. Very impressed. As the the other scam i hope they get shut down soon.my bank has started charge back scheme. Good luck take care.

I didn't order off sleeping tablets uk but sleeping pills uk. Not sure I'm allowed or ment to say that on here. Anyway I ordered 56 Valium 10mg from them before Christmas. I thought I'd been ripped off as they never arrived but I kept getting email from them saying there was an issue with their supplier. I kinda gave up but to my surprise they did eventually arrive last week. I presumed they had the issue sorted out so I've ordered more straight away. On the same day I got an email saying that they had been dispatched on the same day and should be here within 1 to 3 days. That was a week ago so once again I'm not sure what to think. I'm still waiting...

I still never got a refund. The positive reviews are the "pharmacy website " look at all the crap reviews. There shouldn't be that much. Go to sleepingpillsuk.com. I have got every order from them.

It's lies thay have conned me out of £75 and a friend of mine £105 a whole load of money the stress of it all its the worst of all though. Waiting on a delivery which will never arrive. The positive feedback is false that is quoted from trading standards hope this helps

I ordered from the exact same site as sue, waited 14 days and sent numerous emails. I never recieved any replies from anyone and then i recieved 28 sugar pills for my insomnia.

It was Gary who emailed me back usually within 24 hours. Make sure you have the right site first, mine was sleepingpillsuk.com there are many out there with similar names and it gets very confusing. I have used this site about 6 times now with only one delayed order. I wish I could put a picture of their page up as it doesn't look like the one at the top and they have no phone number. One final point to make is that as a sorry for making me wait for my last order I received an extra 42 pills! Free!.

All i can say is that they have always delivered for me, usually within the week. I used to use another site, I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say on hear, but they were double the price. I have used them for many years and they never failed me but the price made me look for cheaper elsewhere.
