My transaction was very good - initially I was charged for a currency change from GBP to USD but Laura refunded that and said she would ensure it did not happen again. The order came within the promised times and the tablets were a reliable brand. You MUST make sure you follow James B advice above and get the website address 100% correct, all the negative reviews will have come from users who have used the wrong one.

They are a rip off site. I had to get my money back from the bank. DO NOT TRUST!

After some initial communication issues I had good service from Lauren and all tablets were delivered.
That said they are from an Indian source not the Roche ones shown on the site.
