I am a man and had exactly the same experience. I don't know what criteria they use to delete accounts. You are not given any explanation or link to follow to resolve the issue. It seems completely arbitrary. Customer Service is a joke, and if they stopped using agencies for profiles and started policing the real problem of wholesale scamming it would be a welcome relief but no. Instead they pick on the odd subscriber who took the time to create their own, singular, individual profile. What nonsense.
