I'm sorry Lisa, I really hate to have to tell anyone this, but yes, this is a site that sells only fake UGG® Australia products, including some that UGG® Australia never thought of. It is one of at least 2000 similar sites, so don't feel too bad about being caught. This is what they do and they are getting better at it all the time.

The business is based in China, so it's not subject to UK or US law and can do more or less whatever it likes without fear of being shut down.

There is a rather clever rule by the owners of the UGG® Australia brand, that no site with "ugg" in the name is allowed to sell the real thing - except their own site at www.uggaustralia.com. And another giveaway on this particular site is that the prices are way too low. Real UGG® Australia boots can't be sold as cheaply as this, you have to be buying fakes.

If you paid directly by credit card you can tell the card company that this site is selling fakes as new. In about a month you should get your money back. Other sorts of payment don't have this insurance built in, though.

There are places to go to buy some styles and colors of these boots in genuine sales, but they'll rarely if ever be this cheap and you should do some homework first to make sure you know you're buying from an authorized dealer with proper customer service and guarantees.
