on 7/14/15Hi Luis,
Thanks for getting in touch! Sometimes teams and venues have strict guidelines regulating the release of their ticket inventory to secondary vendors. Sometimes season ticket holders have to wait until close to the actual event date until they can generate e-tickets. There are various reasons why some secondary market ticket inventory isn't available until various different times. We encourage our vendors to post in-hand dates for their tickets, so our customers will have a good estimate of when their tickets will be available. Thanks! -The UberSeat Team
My educated guess, they buy the tickets after you say you want them. If they cannot get them or if they are sold somewhere else you lose. Either way, terrible on communication and I would avoid them like a plague.
I don't know why.
This ticket company acquires tickets from thieves on the street. They sell what someone else paid for unsuspectingly.
Luis,
This is most likely because the ticket broker hasn't received their ticket allotment yet or the tickets have not been released yet.
