Threadflip staff: riddle me this... I sell an item. I ship the item hours after the purchase. The item gets tied up while in transit. Tracking clearly shows that USPS made an error and working to rectify. I found this out when the buyer asked where her item was. I apologized for the inconvenience and told her I would contact the Postmaster, which I did. The next day your staff refunded her money. Before I even received a reply, my item was delivered to her. She now has my item and her money. I was told 1 week ago that the seller would "return the bracelet sometime next week when she gets back in town". This is totally unacceptable. This individual was refunded on the 8th day following the sale. (I didn't even have to ship it until the 7th day). On the 8th day, she receives a refund because the tracking appeared that the item was sent back to me. The tracking never said any such thing. Now I'm supposed to sit around and wait to see if the item is returned? The item isn't being returned. I've reached out to the buyer several times.

I requested to speak to "Amanda's" supervisor regarding this situation being unacceptable. Crickets. Chirp... chirp.

I have sold over 100 items on this site. To be treated this way is appalling. Since I followed through on my end of the contract, I need to be paid for the item. You did not due you due diligence in finding out what was going on with this item. I would like someone to contact me in a satisfactory manner.

They tracking update sucks and reason I closed my closet. Poor customer service and no care for sellers. Try tradesy or POSHMARK, much better platforms and tradesy fees are way less than this trashy app.

Here is their phone number 1-877-751-3547. E-mail them every day and email their social media accounts. Leave messages daily. They will give you the money back and profusely apologize. Later, they will do it again. And again. Then they will blame it on their 'programmers' and say they are working to rectify the situation. I just cash out as I sell an item now. Safest way to play.

Simply don't use Threadflip. I've been selling on eBay and Poshmark and I'm making bank.
