How do I register a complaint against Red Witch Tall Ship for a no-show on July 8... the vouches was purchased through Travel Zoo.

You need to find out if the fault is against the company or Travel Zoo. There was an error with the voucher that I purchased but it was the company's fault. I contacted them and got the problem rectified. If a company is on travel zoo it means they are trying to get more business an usually don't want negative feedback. I would start with the company.

Horrible! First put a review in yelp and other sites. If you purchased the vouchers by credit card try to disputed it. Travel zoo is a big scam. You can also put complaints to BBB and Google.
