This site is bull$#*!. They are thieves. They never sent my product and then refunded me minus shipping charges. I can't believe they are still on the internet. They need to be investigated as the criminals they are. Freaking Chinese thieves.

There is no customer service centre, I tried on many occasions to contact them and none of my emails were answered only here on site jabber, and I hate to say it but I'm still having problems with them, I hope U will be one of the lucky ones that gets the goods U ordered in good condition,

I stopped buying from this company,, items are either substandard,, won't work or plain BS,, and customer service needs English comprehension subject taught well,, very frustrating,, NEVER AGAIN!

Based on my experience, getting anything delivered by a certain time is a waste of time and money. If you are in a hurry DON"T USE T_MART!

From my experience, they always just ship it the cheapest method possible. Regardless of what you used during checkout. If this was an international order then they will ship it from china. You "might" get it in 4-6 weeks if you ever do get it...

You Can receive It, But It dependance il Good id absidale in their wharehouse.

Unfortunately, Tmart doesn't have a working phone number that you can reach them on cos they are scammer so all I suggest you do is keep sending them messages on their website or rather leave a bad review about them on the internet. Make sure you do that even on facebook, tweeter and instagram. I promise they would contact you by email then you can make a complain. But you might wanna wait for that 4 to 6 weeks before you get your package but I don't promise you will get it at all cos I never get mine till now and I never get a refund since 3 months now

It wasn't until I gave a negative review on Site jabber that they finally responded to my email.
