I ordered and paid a product 50 days ago. They did not even ship it. I contacted them many times, I spent a lot of time chatting with them, they always promise to mail the product in 1 - 2 days, but they do nothing. Yesterday I asked a refound. They refound me only 63% of the price I paid, instead of refounding 100% what I paid or instead of giving me some interest for using my money for 50 days. I was ordering items from them for years, I was pleased with them, but lately I am having serious problems constantly.
It asked me to give it a photo of my credit card
What a scam
This shows a very unprofessional person that does not listen to their customers. The response you should have got "is would you like a discount on the product that you where referring too" customer service did not listen too at all. I would not buy again from this company if it was me in that situation.

I am not talking about Tmart lowest price policy But she(online support) did not even ask for ULR to check for qulified or not!
As you can see on post first answer i get from her is" Do you want to cancel your order?"

Please make sure that the lower-priced product meets the following requirements first:
* It isn't a promotional product.
* The website must be a Business-to-Customer website (the stores on any websites are not included. For example, a store on the website like Ebay website, Amazon website or some other ones will be excluded.) which provides free delivery service for it.
* It has the same model with our product.
* It has the similar quality with our product.
If it match these conditions, than I don't know either
