Can I have a guarantee of my tickets have been purchased? I know this is a resell website, but I really do need to make sure that everything is okay.

Afternoon, We recently purchased tickets for the Red Hot Chilli Peppers in Seattle on 3/17. Won't we at least get a digital copy of our tickets? I have read some reviews and we are a bit nervous. This is a big present for the entire family.

Not in my case. When I asked for a refund, these horrible people told me that "all sales are final. Our sellers do not provide order cancellations, returns, or refunds". In other words, they aren't even selling the tickets! A scam through and through. Their owners should be charged with fraud.
