They are not fake, but they are quick in getting your money and make no service commitment what so ever. I bought 4 tickets for Arsenal vs Southhampton on Sat 7th April at 3 pm. Tonight i found out the date is changed to Monday 9th April at 8pm. This was supposed to be a treat for my 7years old son which now he cannot make, not only this, there is no prospect of me getting back my hard earn cash. I am on £200 week unlike some who are on £500K a month. So disgusted!

As I already described in my review, I was also afraid of buying tickets on-line but after my friend had a good experience with ticketgum, I also bought tickets from them last season for Arsenal Vs Swensea and the seats and were great and also good price. Now me and my friend will go together to The Emirates cup match ARSENAL VS LYON on the 25/07/15 – we ordered the tickets last Friday and yesterday I received an email from ticketgum saying that the tickets are waiting for us at the hotel we're going to stay in London, I called the hotel reception and it was correct. Now we need Arsenal to win 3-0 and it will be perfect!

Hi Jacq. I wouldn't say that ticketgum is a fake. I would rather prefer to describe them as VERY SMART. In my opinion, they raise the prices for their tickets constantly and accept every purchase they receive. At the end they give their limited number of tickets to the best payers (even though you've bought them first) and reimburse the payments to the payers who have payed lower prices. This is my (unfortunately bad) experience with Ticketgum. I hope having helped you with this answer. Best
