on 4/22/15Hi Sharon, I ordered a bunch of items for my 3 Sisters for Christmas and had them sent to my residence first so I could check them out. As advertised.
GREAT Site. IMHO.
Hi Sharon. If you find a top that you really like I'd advise to buy and enjoy it. I've been a customer since August 2018 and have had only positive experiences with 7 purchases ordered from that time until present. This includes 6 cat-themed tops (my first purchase was a Promo top and second top on sale), 2 hoodies and a ring. Specifically, I appreciate that the pictures provided are accurate and true to size as well. I order via email, get same day confirmation and shipping updates. That being said, I am currently doing further research regarding how donations are handled:
Today I noticed that only 2 of the 7 orders in my account are listed as "fulfilled." These were apparel only orders. The others, listed on my account as "partial" (-ly fulfilled) included donations for specific sub-causes in addition to the apparel. That these donations, some of which were for a dog or cat said to need urgent, medical care and would appear time sensitive have not yet been dispersed, spanning August until present, something feels very wrong. Further, when I reread the About Us" section the wording appeared to indicate that monies from ad clicks are pooled between all of Greater Goods causes. If so, their credibility would be shot. I would love to be proven wrong.
It depend on your definition. You cant trust them. If you think you are going to get a bonus item in ANY way? Their promotions are false advertising and bait and switch. If you have a problem, the customer service is horrendous. It is a horrible set up. You are better off buying elsewhere. Theyre advertising handmade items and exotic sources when things are made in China
Absolutely, 100% it IS legit. I have been a customer and donor for The Animal Rescue Site (/greatergood) for 20 YEARS.
You CAN trust it.
