Avoid. They are known scammers. Appears i've lost my money by paying up front. No furniture, no reply to email or phone. Did find out the owner is a Mark Allen. If you google "Mark Allen" and scam you'll see he's well known - previously with other sites like wessex teak and manor teak.

How can taking someones money, then not delivering the product be anything other than theft. The products are only value for money if you get what you paid for.

Came across this Q&A and feel that the above question (though more like a statement) gives an incorrect view of Teakwarehouse. In my opinion Teakwarehouse lack customer service skills, and the inclination to resolve it. They do though supply excellent products at very low prices. I would always use the cash on delivery option, then if they fail to supply they don't have your money. If they do supply then you've got a great deal.
