I ordered a set of 12 camisoles and have yet to received them. It has been 10 days and the tracking says still processing and in NJ two days ago. I'm very concerned I will not receive anything and be out $26. I'm waiting to see what happens because there is another product I would like to order, but NOT going to until I receive my first order and it is exactly as it said it was.

Sometimes slow shipping and delivering because of the vendors they use, but I've ordered many items from them and have always received the items as describer... just takes awhile sometimes.

Took over a month to receive towels. Then when I washed them, they came unsewn. Tanga would not give me a full refund because I washed the towels. Wtf? I had to file a complaint with the BBB and constantly email them and after 5 komontmonths, I received a full refund. Do not purchase anything else from them.

They sometimes have delays in shipping- 10-15 business days is not uncommon on some stuff.It'lll get to you, sure enough.

I never had a problem when ordering from Tanga. I recommend writing them and letting them know about your concern.

Hi Stacey,
I am confident that you will get your items. I personally have never had a problem with Tanga, usually getting items within a week but I think it may depend on what vendors they get their items from. I always order jewelry ( which comes form NYC and I am in NJ) or cosmetics and they ship out quickly. Maybe clothing takes longer. Most likely they are busy with Mother's Day orders and are a bit backed up as they are a small company. Give it a bit longer. Hope this helps.

Some items do take longer. If it's coming from NJ, it may be a problem with the vendor in NJ, not Tanga themselves. My experience with Tanga has always been positive both with shipping and customer service. I don't think you need to worry. If you are really concerned, call customer service. They are always pleasant and helpful.

All of the other answers are on the mark. All I can add is I trust Tanga, (I have ordered many, many items) there has been no need to worry. Some are the fault of the post office. Hang in there!

I was told 2 weeks for my order and since I wasn't in any rush wasn't too concerned with timing. However, I was pleasantly surprise when it arrived sooner than later.

I also had an order that came quite a bit later than i expected but it did come. I think the focus on low cost might be a factor in the shipping time. If you don't receive your package for some reason, i trust tanga to make things right for you.

I had a similar experience and Tanga simply credited the charge card I used and supplied a site to reorder at the same price. I did that and received the new order in a few days. Apparently my first order got lost.

It all depends on where the original order is processed from through DHL. I have had extended order times when I thought I should have received them sooner. Tanga got them out on time, but the low cost of shipping dictates the slower delivery. I think it will be worth the wait as I have been very pleased with the products I havew purchased through Tanga. Hope your order comes soon.

I had a similar experience a while back. I emailed tanga customer service AND opened a ticket with DHL. Between them both they were able to locate the order and get it moving. Still took about another 5 days, but it was resolved.
