on 6/18/15Hey Vanessa - this is Krista with Tanga.
I saw that you wrote into the site and asked about these. I've responded there, but they are authentic :) These Beats are now currently discontinued. Recently Dr. Dre separated from the original partnership of Monster headphones, which is another reason we can get these at such a great price! These Beats are authentic, however are no longer associated with current Dr. Dre models.
If you'd like to return, just reply to my email and we can go from there. Thank you so much for being a customer :)
I am so very sorry. I just made a review for my experience. I don't buy by brand, I buy on what the item is.
I ordered a small knife sharpener... all was A-OK
You have several people telling you the right answer... you can send back or talk to customer service... both will help you.
Contact customer service. They are very responsive & easy o deal with,. Tanga is one of my favorites!
I suggest contacting customer service first and let them know your concerns. If you're not satisfied, I would send them back. Also, review their return policy.
Try emailing customer service with your concerns. They're usually very quick to resolve issues.
A picture of the product would help but thru my one encounter with this company chances are you were sold cheap knockoffs. Beats headphones have the logo and all come in pretty fancy boxes with the Beats logo. I would send them back and attempt a refund. This company is known for false advertising and mailing fakes.
If they don't look authentic, and were represented as being so, I would return them.
I would return them if you are not happy with them.
I would send them back
Tanga customer service is horrible! I had to file a complaint with the BBB in order to get my money back! Took almost 3 months.
