A real customer service phone #, please

If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.

They are a little slow on responding to emails, but they do answer and will make good on your problem.

There is no telephone number. I've only had one problem and it was resolved by e-mailing them

I've only had to contact customer service once via email, they had sent me the wrong item. They told me to keep that item, and they promptly issued a refund via PayPal. I ordered my item again and it arrived with no problems.

It is on the bottom of the invoice that came with your order. Took forever for them to return my call, email is much faster.

Have never had any problems with Tanga always pleased with my orders. Yes they do take longer to send orders but it is worth the wait final outcome. I've had nothing but good business with the company.

They refuse to provide a phone number... I suggest you report them to the BBB as I did. That is the only way the respond

I ordered several times from this company email them they respond quickly and resolve it ASAP great online company

I emailed them. They didn't respond so I had to complain to BBB. They responded in the next couple days.

I usually just email them at the address provided to make contact. They always got back to me to work out any problem, including refunds.
