on 2/7/16If you use the on site e-mail they will contact you with in a reasonable amount of time and will correct or address any problems or concerns. They are only 36 people so they do not work 24 hours around the clock. But any time I've needed them they have responded and helped. They do not have a phone number.
They are a little slow on responding to emails, but they do answer and will make good on your problem.
There is no telephone number. I've only had one problem and it was resolved by e-mailing them

I've only had to contact customer service once via email, they had sent me the wrong item. They told me to keep that item, and they promptly issued a refund via PayPal. I ordered my item again and it arrived with no problems.
It is on the bottom of the invoice that came with your order. Took forever for them to return my call, email is much faster.
Send a email they'll get back to you in a timely manner.
Have never had any problems with Tanga always pleased with my orders. Yes they do take longer to send orders but it is worth the wait final outcome. I've had nothing but good business with the company.

I love this company. I've ordered quite a few items over the past year and have been pleased with everything from ordering to checking out my purchase after it arrives.
