I would like to know how you get MICHAEL the CEO to respond to emails. As head of the company he should be more responsible. I hope that his mother has more luck with her voucher for 'we massage' than I have, when I tried to use them I was told that they were expired even though the date stated was in September. Michael refused to answer numerous emails. Not a company to have faith in!
