Three alternatives:
1) Logon with you old Spokeo account and contact customer support.
2) If you can't remember your old logon,
2.1) try a google search to find Spokeo customer service link or telephone number.
2.2) Spokeo has notes on some reviews. Maybe they have included their support number or link?
3) Call Visa and ask them to kill the Spokeo charges to your Visa account.

Inform your visa provider, they should stop the payments and get you a refund from when you cancelled the account.It worked for me as visa said they had numerous complaints about Spokeo. Hope you sort it out!
