It looks like our customer service got back to you a few weeks ago, and you should have gotten your order right after that as it was already in transit. I'm very sorry it took a little longer to arrive than normal, and that you did not receive your shipping confirmation email. We do send them out! But sometimes they get filtered out by over-eager spam filters. Thanks so much for the order!
