How to contact SAH to reissue a check from 2012? It was not cashed. Under the UCC law, it should be reported to state unclaimed funds. It was not.

i received my ordered scratch-dini order today, only to see that the bottles were out of the boxes and w/c are crumpled, bottles are of less vol why?

I cannot log into my account. When I enter my log-in information into the log-in screen the log-in screen just refreshes and does not log me in. There is no message that I have used an incorrect password. I just tried to submit a customer service inquiry through the website and received the message that there was an error submitting the form but no direction on what to do next.
