When can I expect my refrigerator to be fixed? I has been almost 4 weeks now.

I have to wait 5 days for a broken freezer repair which is thawing as we speak, so I guess I'm lucky. Don't forget to file a "food loss" claim!

Holy crap I think about all the PTO I could have saved if they would work techs on saturdays I used up 1 day every 2 weeks for literally 8 months!
