on 6/13/11I ordered Christian Dior Dior Essence on 13th August and made payment via Money Booker. I have not received my perfume and despite emails I have received no response. I contact Money Booker and was advised that they have no complaints recorded about this company - I referred them to the reviews which they seemed totally disinterested in. They said they would investigate and would email. To be fair they have emailed me but the content has concerned me which is 'We will contact them and if no reply in 5 days would consider your case as non-delivery and further action taken. However all send and receive money transactions are instant, final and irreversible as stated in terms and conditions' This does not instill me with confidence. I am now of the opinion that I may not get my perfume and if I do it will probably be fake and in any event wont get my money back! Also I have contacted Trading Standards and this company is in Bulgaria!
Yuck this sucks. This is why most people stick with well known money transaction places such as Paypal. Money Brookers could be a legitimate company, however, the people who use it are not. Just like Western Union is an okay company, but doesn't protect the consumer so sellers use it abound to scam people. =/

Also, can anyone who has had problems with Scentmall please contact the UK European Consumer Centre Network. You can fill in an on-line form and they will contact you. They rang me today and they are going to take this forward. The more people who have had problems the better. It really isn't a waste of time, please do this as it is just letting them win.
The UKECC are the same as Trading Standards but the part that deal with European problems.
I tried to post a review but it wouldn't register. I'm furious that I wasted money on a fake, and not even a fake of what I'd ordered in the first place! I just wish I'd looked up this company BEFORE I ordered from them! It wasnt until my confirmation email came through that I got suspicious! I immediately contacted my credit card company to see if I could stop the transaction. It was too late but they recommended that I cancel my card immediately and they sent out a replacement.
I've tried to email and 'phone Scent Mall but no response whatsoever!
I GOT MY MONEY BACK! I posted a review on the 4th of Jan. Please read to see how. Took a few days longer than it should have but i recieved a FULL refund. Please everybody do the same and you should recieve you money back
Just an update on this company, I have managed to get an email from Mr Kostadinov and this is what he had to say;
Hi,
I am sorry you received the wrong products. I am going to process the documents for your refund to bank but first you need to return what you have received. I would also ask if you could send me the receipt from the post office so I can refund the post office charges also.

I wish I had seen all these reviews before I placed an order tonight. Can someone tell me / confirm is Scent Mall the same Company as ScentMall. I assume it is and that I will be one of the many that have been caught out in this scam. The company Scent Mall that Ive ordered perfume from their address is in the Seychelles. Im now totally confused and very concerned.
Hi I also had a email from Ognyan Kostadinov, I didn't send back the order sent to me but did say that I would get on any complaints web site and keep on until things where put right... I got my money back. So don't let them off keep complaining on the internet so everyone knows about them.
