When you buy from samsung.com, is it actually a direct purchase from samsung with no middleman or it is from some unnamed 3rd party handling thier ecommerce?

Answer:

This Samsung fridge was purchased at a local Lowes store. Lowes would not help me in any way with getting service when the fridge stopped working.

What made you choose the official samsung galaxy site over similar businesses?

Answer:

I chose Samsung directly so that my phone was unlocked from cellphone carriers. Also, TD bank offers generous credit limits, and Samsung offers several payment options. Samsung offers service trial subscriptions with its phones... Spotify, Sirius XM, Light room, Cloud Storage, YouTube TV, etc.

Yes it works you need an alexa device to hook it to your alexa tv they have to pair each other, download the alexa app...
