I am having the exact same issue. I ordered my items on 11/30/15. On the Sam'sBeauty website it said that my order was prepared on 12/3/15. I too was provided a tracking number and a shipment email. My tracking number states that a pre shipping label was created on 12/3/15 and there has been no updates since.

Mine is the exact same. I placed the order 12-1-15 and even got a shipping/tracking number. It says the shipment was picked up but nothing else. It's supposed to be priority two day shipping and it's been four days since I've received my tracking number and zero updates since. Seems shady.
