Why don't you answer phone instead of the answering system that you don't pay attention to. We try cancel order that we never ordered and no replies back yet. Only recourse we have was to dispute on Visa.

Hi Paul, Thanks for your message! I hope you got an answer on some other channel/system by now. We do our best to respond within 48 hours max, however especialy at this time of the year, we are usually able to respond faster, covering mainly Email, Facebook and Twitter accounts as well as a phone line. Im very sorry for the wait though!
