Can I get a refund after you totally shut down my computer?
I purchased Regservo in june. I need to reinsatall p/s advise. also I am getting a Malware posting every time I contact Regservo .com

Whow is the software owner of RegSERVO?
I bought your software online last week for about $45 but the charge to my bank account thru paypal was $64.24? What's the extra$19 or so for? And your software didn't fix my problem run dll error message on my desktop? You ripped me off and now i want a full refund for $64.24 like your garrantee says no questions asked why have you confirmed my refund request? For all the Free, Free, Free buttons, somehow I ended up having to pay $29.95. Then it claimed to fix some 3,000 registry problems, but my registry is worse screwed up than before. I still don't have the formerly "missing" advrcntr2. Dll (for Windows XP) that I had been trying to find a source for, and now I can't access my Help utility because helpctr. Exe is also "missing" (although it seems to still be where it should be), and my mouse won't even click on my desktop. And the RegServo site doesn't even have a customer service contact (who, if they read this, can contact me at 802-864-4385 or fredghill@myfairpoint.net).

Same here. I renewed the annual fee for a new key 8 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. It's a lost cause. REGServo are rubbish!

I have no idea except for you to call the company, but if I were you, I would not bother activating this SW as it is junk at best, a scam most likely.
