The longer you stay the more you pay period. Depends on how much value they put on a hot active size rental.

Empty spaces have diffrent prices based on availability, if they have 10 units, the prices will be cheaper than a size that has 2 available. Prices are often higher in the spring and summer when they are busier, cheaper in the winter months when people are not renting. If you rent in the winter, you may pay 100.00, and in may, the rent might be 150.00. And vice versa. Where I have my unit, you can transfer to another unit and get the cheaper rate if your paying more, sometimes, if you; ve had it for several years, and gotten rent increases, its well worth the transfer to get a lower monthy rent. I was told it's kinda like air line seats, some are cheaper, depending on when you book it.
