I am having the same issue. I have been trying to get help on returning my daughter's dress for a week now. They wanted pictures so I sent them 2 days ago and still no response. The dress does not fit right even though I sent her correct size and the rhinestones are falling off. I just do not know what to do, because I have to buy another dress and I need this refund. There has to be someway to investigate this company and find out something.
