Ordered a pair of trainers for £126 and it said they would arrive 5 days later so i waited 6 days then went onto the live chat to be told that they didn't have any of them in the size i ordered and that ill be getting a refund in 3-5 days? I never had a single email telling me this? And whenever i went onto (my orders) it stated 'carriage to be confirmed'.

Never purchase from here!

Also their livechat is broken as every message gets sent twice from the customer and employee

The UK site ships to the UK and US. Not sure about the US site as I had the WORST experience with them. The UK site is prompt, professional and reliable.
