I TRIED TO PLACE MY ORDER THIS MORNING AND MY DEBIT CARD GOT BLOCKED DUE TO THE BANK NOT KNOWING THE SITE SINCE YOU ARE OUT OF THE COUNTRY? SHOULD I JUST CALL AND PLACE MY ORDER?

Do not order from this company. It will take months to get your order, if you get it at all. One order took two months to get bark collars. My other order has still not arrived, 3 weeks later.
