Worst possible policy and customer service - how can you trust for online buying.

Not online and not on studio as well. The sales staff cannot be trusted. They expect you to pay upfront and not deliver as promised.

Only pray that you do not need to get in touch with them. If so then you are in trouble

NO it is not worth buying products from pepperfry. POOR customer service. Poor quality of products.

Very true... bad products and bad customer service... but irealised it only after spending huge amount
