Not hard, but you must use their phone number. The site says if you're not satisfied, you may cancel on the dashboard. Doesn't exist. They will only give you a partial refund, but you MUST insist.

Horrible company used them once and kept charging me for seven months...even though I cancelled after one transaction! Sketchy. 100% not satisfied! Beware!
It was easy for me to contact them. When I first signed up, I wrote down their phone number and email address from their website. I did have to call back the third month they charged me after I cancelled, but I just let it ring until Mabel answered. She gave me all kinds of scripted answers, but I kept repeating my case and the facts and she finally gave in. A follow up to PayPal to block further withdrawals ended my nightmare.
Almost impossible. I was On hold for hours done even bother.
Why do you keep charging me every time I use your site? How many times do I have to open a new account?
