Why are is your company taking $ 7.99 out of my bankacct every month. I just noticed when I went trough my statements going all the way back in Seotember of 2015. What the hell is going on? Haven't received my converted films on my stick... payed you already for the work and the stick and you are all up in my acct and take more money without my consent!?!? Q: I, too, sent my precious photos to Peggy Bank. I sent payments for the extra photos over the limit on the Groupon offer and more for several jump drives. In total, $100.00 +. I waited 20 months to receive my photos back, and I am pleased for that. But, how do I get my money returned for the products and services I never will receive? You are not calling back when I leave a message, and I am fully aware of your guidelines that "if I continue to call, my spot in the rotation is reset to put me at the end again and again". So, you do not respond to my emails, which included my receipts, or phone calls. Are you returning my money or do I have to file a claim with the Attorney General? I will give you until January 4,2016 to respond.
Does anyone have any connections with Date Line or any national news show? Has anyone actually filed a class action law suit yet? This needs to be publicized. These tapes are priceless memories. After 16 months waiting I finally got my box. Unfortunately when I opened the box my tapes were not in there. Another families tapes are now in my possession. I refuse to send them back to the company as I fear the owner will never get them.
Ashinie reported May 8th; that order # 26052 would be completed by 6/5/15; have not received order. Please let me know what the updated status is. Kelly Kamerer-Fielder

I had to pay 24.99 for return postage for both my boxes. We sent 13 VHS tapes in each. I thought that was outrageous, but I paid it anyway.

I did not pay anything but they added $250 to my bill. After waiting over a year I felt lucky to get my stuff back

I am sorry I don't remember. I didn't feel I should have to pay anything as I believe return postage was part of my groupon that I originally bought and they didn't perform any services for me at all... but at that point I was just so happy that they agreed to return them I would pretty much have paid anything to get my memories back! I was scared they had lost them and also after I paid them the return postage they didn't send them back for weeks and I had to call twice to follow up with that.
