Iott have read a few reviews of PayPal that say it's very good but none that gave any examples of how PayPal did what it claims it does, which is to hold your payment until you indicate the item is received in good order. But I have read quite a number of reviews which say PayPal does not ever do what it claims it does which is to help a buyer who doesn't receive the product purchased on ebay, or the product is unsatisfactory and the buyer can not get satisfaction from the seller. DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE A GOOD REPORT about how PayPal helped? If not, I'm going to call PayPal and ask them for an explanation. If I don't get a satisfactory one, maybe we can get it in the media and have a PayPal boycott

Exactly they don't hold your payment and if you don't receive product or something is wrong with it it's unlikely you will see your money or what you ordered and PayPal will side with the merchant and your screwed.

Yeah they don't protect the buyer at all, and they support fraudulent companies by continuing to support taking money from consumers for defective products.

They didn't help me at all with my refund. Terrible service. It didn't seem like they even read my dispute. Crazy. I won't be using them anymore. I need to find another way. Too bad because it was easy to use. But not worth it if they don't have buyers backs.

Paypal will not have you covered, I don't even think they have a real person answering messages, I get the same canned reply. Find another payment option, credit card

First thing, wishful thinking on the group protest. Great idea, but can't see it ever happening. I have had a few reasons to use the dispute process and I have to say in the end the issues were resolved full to my satisfaction with 1 exception. However navigating their process is time consuming and highly frustrating. Just stick with it and you will get there, hopefully?

Paypal has increased its claim time from 45days to 180 days. They issued me a refund just today. I know you have to wait for a long time to get someone on the line.
