I found a dress I'm in love with on outerinner.com and everytime I press "Credit Card" then "Visa"... Chinese lettering pops up and won't let me go any further. I haven't even put any information in yet. I don't understand the problem. Does anyone else have this?

Im thinking of ordering my prom dress on this site, should I? Is it trusted? I dont want to end up buying some 20 dollar last minute dress at the mall. Its my prom so i dont want to mess it up should i get my dress here?
