I just purchased a report for the $1:00. The report was WAY off to what I put in. Now I am told I have 5 days before they charge my card the 18.95, but until then I can view 25 reports for just $1.00? I have asked customer service if this 18.95 is all inclusive or do I have to pay for extra for certain reports?
I am really confused right now.
