Of you haven't received the parts then they must give you your money back. Contact your bank again and they should advise you how to go about it. Good luck!

Why is it they can take your money but they say the law is behind them so they dont pay it back. Under the sale of goods act 1979 they must? Dont trust them

Can you just call your credit card company and get your money back?
