I am looking to furnish my new home with your products and requested that u send fabric swatches and offered to pay with no response. Please advise
I have emailed One Kings Lane twice. My order said "GUARANTEED" delivery in 3 weeks......... ( 21 days is what it said) . It has been 23 days now...

I returned an item in late October (FedEx'ed on Oct. 26,2015) and followed all stated procedures. I just checked my credit card statements (January 11,2016) and found that the return was never credited. Is this common practice for One Kings Lane? I called customer service and they said that they did receive it and will credit it (like it was an oversight), but it's been more than two months! I'm pretty sure that if I hadn't called, I would never have gotten the refund. Is this a common practice?
I ordered 3 copters on the 25th and have emailed wondering when it will be shipped and no one is responding.
What is the cost, fees involved to the vendor. I have sent an e-mail to vendor inquiries two days ago with no response. Thanks,
Is it safe to purchase vintage jewelry from OKL? How do I know I will actually receive the item? I see people discussing how they ordered things that did not exist? If that happens, if I order and the item is no longer available, will I get the credit for the purchase price back?
