Customers ,anybody having trouble with a smell to water ,even after installing new filter?

Answer:

Hi Patricia, We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing smell issues with your water. Would you be willing to elaborate on which smells you are experiencing. One of the most common ones we come across is a presence of sulfur bacteria creating a rotten egg smell. The sulfur bacteria will feed on the citric acid and cause the sulfur smell. The resolution to this issue is to shock your well to kill any sulfur bacteria that may be residing in your water. Nuvo is constantly clogging. what to do?

We had the nuvo system installed about 8 months ago and have not noticed one bit of a difference in our water. it is still the same as before.

Totally agree. Waste of money! I have had mine for several years and it never did anything to help with hard water. Costomer service doesn't Help they just put you off

My friend has this and he swears by it. what i do not trust is that they will continue to be in business as if i can't buy the filters in a year i just wasted all of my money. does anyone know if this is a solid company that will be around in 10 years? how long have they existed?
