I used netspend for my tax refund and they sent my card to the wrong address now that someone used my card but they investigate my claim I won the claim but now they holding my funds they lied said that the IRS holding my funds then they told me that they can't release my funds now today its something different I ask to speak to Mr. Chuck Harris they said he don't take call and I can't speak to nobody they keep hanging up the phone on me like all I want is my tax return but I guess I can't get them cause they lied I think they giving me the run around but why I gave the all my information and still they keep lying what is next netspend if someone going through the same thing please help

I am currently going through the same thing with netspend. I am still waiting to get my stimulus check back. And I filed my complaint the day after the money was taken out of my account. Today they told me the have 15 business days to mail out my provional credit

I am going through the same thing. You are not alone. I have been given fake phone numbers they pretend they cant hear me. There are enough of us to get a lawyer involved. If i can get any results i will share my tactics with you.
