How do you wash the pillow

Answer:

Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.

Why do the pillows turn yellow?

Answer:

My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.

How do i exchange slippers?

Answer:

I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.

I would like to know the price of ever thing

Answer:

You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021

When i set up order online it does not show proper number of products. for example 2 extra long toppers should come with 4 medium pillows, shows 2.

Answer:

The orders are set up to be two in an order so when you order two it shows how many orders. Two orders of two each order.

Why is management not answering customers questions in a timely manner?

Answer:

They transfer you from one department to the next so you never get your complete answer. Very frustrating and time-consuming and I ended up not getting my 100% refund as they promised.

Mike, i bought and called in for my warrany protection, bought the pillow i think about seven months ago why is it going flat ?

Answer:

Because its a cheaply made piece of garbage. The company makes false claims.

How to clean

Answer:

Instructions say put into washing machine on normal wash, around 30 degrees or cool. To put in other items to balance machine if needs be. I did all this and very nearly ended up wrecking my very expensive washing machine. The pillow simply fills with air and you cannot get rid of it at all, so consequently the machine will not spin!

What interlocking system? All it is is odd shapes of foam rubber stuffed in a pillow case.
