I am trying to cancel my account but do not remember my user name or password. I tried many but they do not seem to work.

If they canceled your account, the login won't work! Mine doesn't work anymore and I know for sure that it's right.

yes. why is their customer service so awful! Simple requests were denied, and they were rude, and kept me on hold an inordinate period of time.
