on 6/30/15Tone Loak's answer is a total LIE - That is exactly what you would hear until your contract is up. Do not think AT&T will come to your rescue. I have been a customer for in excess of 20 years. They will back this scam DigitalLife (DigitalDeath) not you!
Worst security system on the market and the customer service is awful. They short circuited the prior system I had in our home and installed our system above the box we had from smith so there's a huge hole in the wall. The cameras do not work and the motion sensor makes the alarm make a beeping sound every five minutes. The technician came to our house over 10 times and if you try to get out of contract they tell you to pay $500. This is the only time I've written a negative review online but it is the worst company I've ever dealt with
Please do not get this service. I have did girls life and really regret it!
The control box (brains of the system) is a Cisco product. I want to say that the mass majority of reviews for Digital Life are from a year ago of better. This system has only been around for just a little over two years all together. I can fully see where a lot of these "new" customers of a "brand new" product and business venture were getting poor installs (which leads to seemingly poor quality equipment). As this system matures, so does the caliber of installation. Which, in turn, increases the reliability of the system. As for customer service, the same applies. There are definite growing pains with all new business ventures. It's extremely unfortunate that there had to be first time customers that experienced the more harsh side of these growing pains but thats with any new product. The point is, the system IS a great life safety system and a great life style system. The technology and convenience that it has to offer is unparalleled for its market.
