Is it not false advertising when Amazon is allowed to advertise cash back deals on MrRebates and then refuse to consider claims that are perfectly legitimate and comply with the terms of the promotion?

When I try to go through Mr. Rebates for a purchase I get a black screen with this in the address bar of the browser. https://di.rlcdn.com/709982.htm
