I can't find any flat fee company that can get my listing on the local MLS which is Burnet county mls in Texas. The house actually is located in the town of Marble Falls(78654) Does the house have to be in the county in order to get it in their mls. In other words it wouldn't pay for me to try the neighboring county. Llano. Austin is 60 miles away and will take the listing. I Don't think it would work for my little house 6o miles away Do I understand this correctly?

We would also list you on the Austin MLS for Marble Falls. The Austin MLS is like a big newspaper company. Your smaller MLS is like a local newspaper company. You can advertise your property on both the big newspaper and your local newspaper. Since we don't have a flat realtor that covers your local newspaper, you can list it with the bigger Austin MLS.
