Why isn't their a phone number to call instead of having to correspond through e-mail? I don't like dealing with any company I can't contact. Via phone?

They don't want you to contact them. Period! Nobody should order anything from this company!

This company is out of China. Customer Service is zero.

Yes, stay away from this online store. My items which I ordered two months ago never arrived. You have the option of "complaining to a supervisor" which I did, I did write a very furious email and they put my money back. However (which is laughable) they asked to reject the parcel once it arrives because they have already reimburse me. The parcel never arrived and I don't care for it; I ordered my items from ebay and they arrive within one week. Big difference. If something is being shipped from China, I stay away... not a reliable service!

Phone calls may be quite expensive for you to handle depending on where they base their customer service, just use the email/ ticket service, it's a lot easier. Ps: Tickets can be send through ''My Orders/Resolve a Payment Issue'', they answer usually within the hour and in my personal experience my contact was quite helpful.
