I paid by PayPal and threatened to raise an issue with them if not refunded. Happy to say it worked for me, and got full refund. Just hope you paid this way. If not, whilst it's easy to cancel, getting money back, no chance.

Call their billing agent: 1-800-893-8871 or in Calif: 1-310-664-5810 or, billing@epoch.com

To remove your profile: go to http://www.datingsitesupport.com/ and wait for the Chat Operator. Let them know to remove your profile too

The owners of this site are well-experienced with online revenue generating efforts AND hiding. I did my due diligence yesterday. Anguilla address is a catch address for offshore businesses. I'm guessing the real owner is either German or Russian. Trying to track them down and reek havoc is a waste of time. Leverage social conduits like this one and it will catch up to them soon. Legally, you have no leg to stand on either. Their Ts&Cs are ironclad.

Terry. Trying to file a civil suit in the British West Indes would be harder than trying to pick all 6 numbers in a powerball jackpot. The important thing is dont make the same mistake twice. Do your homework first

I logged into milfaholic, went to support, chat online and canceled retro and didn't have any problems. I canceled up to the time i figured out i was scammed, one month. I didn't say anything nasty, i just asked to cancel and they said ok. I copied the chat into a text file, but they sent me the chat too. I got most of my money back and i was happy.

Hi. The Customer Service phone number is on your original receipt that you received when you signed up. You can also find it in their Help section but you have to look. Calling them is the best way as I sent several emails and never heard back from them. Do make sure you get a Confirmation email to the cancellation. Regarding a law suit. These guys are very crafty. If you look in the Company Info section you will find numerous disclaimers stating that the site if for entertainment only and that fictional profiles are used. Please read the section for precise wording as they really have covered their legal butts. Hope this helps!

Follow my review of this site & follow my instructions, don't think u will have any luck sueing them, as it all in the small print we just don't read it, but u should be able to cancel direct through the site by going through direct chat online & then doing the same with their agent that processes their payment on line epoch.
